Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level

As part of our promotions team, you’ll play an active role in planning and executing live promotional events and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, and co-manage a variety of event-based marketing projects
Provide administrative and promotional support for day-to-day campaign activities
Stay up to date with company policies and event procedures
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve marketing workflows and event execution
Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of live promotional events
Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic manner at events
Support team objectives and contribute to a positive, energetic work culture
Attend staff meetings and marketing training sessions to stay aligned with company goals
