What You’ll Do
Support daily operations and assist in the execution of marketing and sales campaigns
Help manage event-based brand promotions at retail pop-ups and community events
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to hit individual and team goals
Oversee event setup, team scheduling, and campaign logistics
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and share insights to improve outcomes
Attend leadership meetings, professional development workshops, and strategic planning sessions
Learn how to manage a team, run campaigns, and contribute to long-term business strategy
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a strong plus
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and excited to take on new challenges
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
