What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line voice of nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands. You’ll help people understand, connect with, and support causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

• Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner

• Share compelling stories about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact

• Educate individuals on ways to get involved and support nonprofit initiatives
