Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and executing promotional marketing projects assigned by the Marketing Manager

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate PR campaigns with customer-focused promotions

  • Coordinate in-store promotional events and ensure smooth, successful daily operations

  • Build strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate brand messaging and promotional services

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and refine campaign tracking and performance measurement strategies

  • Contribute to the design and distribution of promotional materials and visual merchandising elements

  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail staff, and event partners

  • Track and report on event traffic, performance, and inventory in a timely and organized manner

  • Stay alert to new marketing opportunities and recommend innovative ways to improve campaigns

  • Position may lead to senior campaign management roles based on individual performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

  • A calm, level-headed approach to problem-solving and customer interaction

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of tasks

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building brand awareness and engagement

  • Previous experience in marketing, PR, event coordination, or customer service is a plus, but not required
