We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs. Key Responsibilities
Represent our company and partner nonprofits at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs
Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and supporters
Communicate mission, fundraising goals, and campaign messaging clearly and confidently
Answer questions and provide accurate information while representing organizations with integrity
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and nonprofit partners
Maintain a high-energy, professional, and approachable presence at all events
Qualifications
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable, professional, and available for an immediate start
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus but not required
