We’re hiring an energetic and personable Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team focused on event-based public engagement and nonprofit campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and social impact campaigns at community events, retail locations, and public venues

• Educate and engage the public about current initiatives, programs, and services

• Distribute promotional materials and answer questions in a clear, informed manner

• Support campaign planning, setup, and execution for outreach events and public activations

• Track and report outreach results, donor feedback, and community engagement metrics

• Recruit new supporters and donors through direct interaction and live presentations

• Work collaboratively with outreach team leads to achieve campaign awareness and performance goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in public-facing roles

• Highly motivated, with a team-oriented mindset

• Able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends for event coverage

• Experience in customer service, sales, or nonprofit outreach is a plus but not required

• Genuine passion for social impact, advocacy, or community improvement
