We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing event marketing team. As part of a high-energy team, you’ll support marketing campaigns and interact directly with attendees at live events to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at live events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about marketing campaigns

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and customer registration, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site

  • Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events and engaging prospective attendees

  • Maintain organized customer records and collect feedback to improve service quality

  • Communicate with customers via multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, or chat) with a friendly and solution-focused approach

  • Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and enhance the attendee experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree a plus, but not required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus

  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
