Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service at live events by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about marketing campaigns
Act as a brand ambassador, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist with event setup, logistics, and customer registration, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site
Support the marketing team in promoting upcoming events and engaging prospective attendees
Maintain organized customer records and collect feedback to improve service quality

Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet campaign goals and enhance the attendee experience
Qualifications:
