Entry-Level Assistant Manager
We're hiring driven, people-oriented individuals for an Entry-Level Assistant Manager position. This is a hands-on role perfect for those who are excited to learn team management, event coordination, and client relationship building from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in leading and developing a small team of marketing representatives
Coordinate and manage local promotional campaigns and event operations
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and customers
Plan, host, and oversee in-person events and sales presentations
Collaborate with senior leadership to hit sales and performance targets
Troubleshoot event or customer issues and offer professional solutions
Mentor entry-level staff as you grow toward full management responsibilities
