We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach.

No call centers. No scripts. Just authentic conversations that drive change and uplift communities.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line ambassador for the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs

  • Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner

  • Communicate nonprofit missions, social causes, and community initiatives effectively

  • Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved

  • Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support

  • Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution

  • Uphold company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism

No prior customer service or outreach experience required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
