Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail locations, and promotional setups

• Assist with event preparation, including booth setup, marketing materials, and product displays

• Deliver clear, confident presentations and answer questions from event attendees

• Support event logistics, including scheduling, tracking engagement metrics, and managing marketing materials inventory

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective promotional strategies

• Support social media outreach, community awareness efforts, and event marketing campaigns as needed

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional, approachable presence

Qualifications
