We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing team. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll work closely with our clients and customers to support event marketing campaigns, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and event marketing, with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about upcoming events and marketing campaigns

  • Serve as a friendly brand ambassador, representing the company at live events and interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience

  • Assist in event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, handling customer registrations, and providing on-site support

  • Work with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees

  • Maintain accurate customer records and track feedback to ensure continuous improvement of customer service processes

  • Collaborate with the event marketing team to achieve client goals and enhance customer engagement

  • Support customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not necessary)

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

  • A customer-first attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event coordination is a plus but not required

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled
