Entry Level Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing team. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll work closely with our clients and customers to support event marketing campaigns, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and event marketing, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about upcoming events and marketing campaigns
Serve as a friendly brand ambassador, representing the company at live events and interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
Assist in event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, handling customer registrations, and providing on-site support
Work with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees
Maintain accurate customer records and track feedback to ensure continuous improvement of customer service processes
Collaborate with the event marketing team to achieve client goals and enhance customer engagement
Support customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) with professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not necessary)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
A customer-first attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event coordination is a plus but not required
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled
