We are seeking an ambitious and driven Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face marketing environment and is excited to build strong relationships with clients and communities through event-based outreach and promotional campaigns.

As part of our business development team, you’ll help expand market presence, support client acquisition, and create impactful customer experiences that drive long-term success for our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients and customers at live events, pop-up activations, and retail campaigns

  • Identify new business opportunities through community outreach, lead generation, and market research

  • Educate prospects on products, services, or nonprofit causes, and communicate value clearly and confidently

  • Support on-site event operations, including setup, logistics, and client representation

  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance campaign performance

  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and event attendees

  • Provide feedback and reporting on lead quality, campaign trends, and outreach effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality and professional demeanor

  • Goal-driven with a desire to grow in a sales, marketing, or client relations career

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, or events is a plus, but not required

  • Must be comfortable working on-site at events (including some weekends)

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
