Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level
We are a growing marketing and promotional events firm seeking a motivated and energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver interactive brand experiences that increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support community-focused marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotions, experiential marketing, and face-to-face customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns
Serve as a brand ambassador and point of contact after completing product and brand training
Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples, and present promotional materials
Assist customers with registrations, sign-ups, purchases, and event participation
Track event foot traffic, collect customer feedback, and report trends or frequently asked questions
Support event staff to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional attendee experience
