Management Trainee – Entry Level
We’re hiring a Management Trainee to join our expanding event marketing team. This hands-on, entry-level position is designed to provide real-world leadership experience while preparing you for fast-track advancement into management.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply daily operations in event marketing, outreach, customer engagement, and team management
Collaborate with experienced managers and team leads to understand business functions and workflows
Support the coordination and execution of live promotional events and community campaigns
Assist in training and mentoring new team members as you develop leadership skills
Maintain positive relationships with clients, community members, and event partners
Contribute to marketing strategies and outreach initiatives to drive campaign success
Take ownership of responsibilities and work toward managing your own team or project
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
